Transient and dynamic modelling of tubular linear induction motors R. Haghmaram, A. Shoulaie Abstract In this paper we have modelled a generator drive tubular linear induction motor by current filament method in trasient and dynamic state. First we have represented electrical and dynamic state equations governed on the motor. Also we have described how to constitute the mutual inductance vector between a stator coil and a rotor ring in different possible negative and positive longitudinal respective positions. We have shown how to constitute the motor inductance matrix in each position using spline function. Then, using the developed code for dynamic modelling, we have simulated the motor with characteristics of a reference paper and compared the results and verified the code. Finally we have represented the force-velocity curve and travelling and stationary wave of rotor current. |
