Abstract

One of an important factor in the success of organizations is the efficiency of knowledge flow. The knowledge flow is a comprehensive concept and in recent studies of organizational analysis broadly considered in the areas of strategic management, organizational analysis and economics. In this paper, we consider knowledge flows from an Information Technology (IT) viewpoint. We usually have two sets of technological challenges that prevent the knowledge flow efficiency in the organizations: the passive kind of present knowledge management technologies and the information excess problem. To get the efficient flow of knowledge, we need high exactness recommender systems and dynamic knowledge management technologies that automate knowledge transportation and permit the management and control of knowledge flow . In this paper, we combine and make upon the information management systems and workflows presented in literature to generate technologies that address the serious gap between current knowledge management systems. Also, we propose a knowledge management framework for educational organizations and use this framework in a real situation and analyze the results. The weakness of knowledge flow infrastructure is one of the most important barriers to knowledge sharing through an organization. The proposed technology in this paper provides a new generation of knowledge management systems that will permit the efficient flow of knowledge and conquest to the technological constraints in knowledge sharing across an organization .

  Dynamic model,

  regional economy,

  innovation.

This paper presents a normative balance mathematical model of regional economy that contains a lot of unspecified parameters which are not defined directly by the data of economic statistics. A method for estimation of the model parameters by application of parallel computations on multi-processors systems is presented. It is determined the unknown parameters of economic model by indirect way, comparing time series for macro indexes calculated by model with statistical time series for these indexes. Use of the method is illustrated by the parameter estimation of a macroeconomic regional model by statistical data of Vyatka Region of Russia. The each production sector shadow money stock grows due to sale of shadow final product to households and as intermediate product to other sectors. Identified model is used for estimation of the Regional Government economic politics.

Abstract

In the present work, the biodynamic response behavior of seated human body subject to vibration in vertical direction have been extensively examined. The biodynamic response parameter of seated human body have been analyzed in terms of apparent masss (AM).The AM describe “to –the -body”force motion relationship at the interface of huma and seat. The present work proposed the six degrees of freedom (6-DOF) analytic biodynamic model of the seated human posture with the backrest in the vertical vibration direction to study the biodynamic response of various mass, stiffness and the damping coefficient. Field test were carried out using a TATA Nanocar to verify the vibrational comfort. The tests were carried out on different surface and the at different speed using Fast fourier transform (FFT) analyuzer. Acceleration were measured on both seat and head and the related calculation were done using MATLAB. This paper will help to analyze and provide the vibrational comfort to the car driver and the passangers on different road conditions.
