چکیده: (1360 مشاهده)
رضایت از مسکن و محیط مسکونی یکی از جنبه‌های رضایت از زندگی است. ارتباط میان خلوت در فضاهای شخصی و تعامل جمعی در سازمان فضایی واحد مسکونی آپارتمانی از عوامل تعیین‌کننده مولفه‌های موثر بر سنجش رضایت ساکنان است. تامین خلوت اعضای خانواده در فضای کالبدی واحد مسکونی، بسترساز و پیش‌نیاز رعایت محرمیت و تنظیم روابط درونی و ارتباط با بیرون از واحد مسکونی است. پرسش تحقیق این است که، رابطه فضاها در گونه‌های سازمان فضایی واحدهای مسکونی آپارتمانی چیست؟ ارتباط فضاهای شخصی و جمعی و میان- فضاهای واحد مسکونی چه تاثیری بر میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان دارند؟ و چگونه می‌شود این رضایتمندی را با راهکارهای طراحی ارتقا بخشید؟ هدف اصلی پژوهش ارتقای آگاهی جهت طراحی مطلوب‌تر واحدهای مسکونی آپارتمانی است. اهداف دیگر تحقیق میتواند به درک بهتر ارتباط انسانی میان عناصر سازمان فضایی واحد مسکونی، چگونگی ایجاد بستر خلوت فردی و ارتباط جمعی میان اعضا و میهمانان خانواده، ایجاد خلوت شنیداری و دیداری در فضای داخلی واحد مسکونی و مشرف با واحدهای مجاور اشاره کرد. تحقیق فوق جهت گردآوری داده‌ها و تکمیل پرسشنامه از ساکنان بهرهمند شده است. مطالعه موردی به مسکن متداول آپارتمانی شهر آمل (مجموعه‌های ردیفی با ارتفاع متوسط در سه تا شش طبقه به همراه فضاهایی مانند ورودی، پله ارتباطی، فضای باز و سایر عناصر مشترک سازه‌ای و تاسیساتی)، محدود شده است. در این بناها، براساس مطالعه اسناد پایان‌کار ثبت شده در شهرداری مرکزی آمل، چهار گونه واحد مسکونی شناسایی شده است که سازمان فضایی آنها بیشترین فراوانی را دارند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ساکنان واحدهای مسکونی آپارتمانی از فقدان تمهیدات لازم در رعایت انتقال دید و صدا مابین فضاهای داخلی، رعایت فاصله لازم میان فضاهای جمعی و شخصی، دید از بخش ورودی واحد و از گشودگی‌های نما به فضاهای داخلی ابراز نارضایتی نسبی کرده‌اند. نتیجه پژوهش پیشنهاد راهکارهای طراحی ورودی، هندسه و تناسب پلان، کنترل انتقال صدا مابین فضاهای واحد مسکونی، کنترل دید از بیرون واحد و ایجاد فضای مفید مکث و حرکت در فضاهای مابین دو بخش اصلی واحد است. نتایج تحقیق میتواند به فرهنگ‌ها و شهرهای مشابه در شمال کشور قابل تعمیم باشد. جدول راهکارهای طراحی پژوهش مطابق با شرایط فرهنگی-اقلیمی مناطق دیگر کشور جهت تدوین راهنماهای طراحی متناسب با فرهنگ‌های محلی و محیطهای خاص قابل تنظیم است.
