The election of IUST Faculty Member Dr.Ali Kaveh to become an Active Member of Class

  VI – Technical Sciences by EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES AND ARTS

  On November 14th ,2014 EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES AND ARTS has elected Dr.Ali Kaveh from Iran University of Science and Technology Department of Civil Engineering to become an Active Member of Class VI – Technical Sciences.

  The EUROPEAN ACADEMY of Sciences and arts is a European academic forum with 1,500 members. The Academy is a transnational, interdisciplinary body, which works especially on European issues and tries to build solid bridges in a bridges building Europe.

  The 1,500 members are allocated in 7 classes, which are: Humanities, Medicine, Arts, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences/Law/Economics, Technical /Environmental Sciences and world religions.

  Among the 1,500 members are 29 Nobel Prize winners as well as Pope Benedict XVI,who joined the academy as Cardinal in 1992.
